Comprehensive Health Coverage
CCGD shares premium rates for employee-only medical coverage, with the organization paying 85% of the monthly premium.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO begins accruing on your date of hire and becomes available after 90 days of employment. Employees start with 10 days during their first year, with additional time awarded based on tenure.

Paid Holidays
Enjoy 11 paid holidays each year, including 10 traditional holidays and one floating holiday.
