Connecting Communities to Food & Support
The SNAP Navigator program helps individuals and families access SNAP benefits and nutrition resources that support healthier, more stable lives. Through outreach, education, and one-on-one application assistance, our team works to reduce food insecurity and connect communities to the support they deserve.
