What can I expect at my appointment?
You will meet one and one with a certified Healthcare Navigator who will assist you in completing an application for insurance through the Healthcare Marketplace, compare and select a plan, and enroll in a plan.
Can Community Council of Greater Dallas help me with my premium?
Healthcare Navigators can refer you to partners who can assist with premium payments based upon available funding and eligibility determination.
Can I make my premium payment at my appointment?
Healthcare Navigators can show you how to make your premium payments online or where to mail them, but they DO NOT collect payments for premiums.
I just have general question. Do I still need an appointment?
We have some walk-in availability daily, as well as virtual and phone appointments.
