• get involved

Community support enables the Community Council of Greater Dallas to build a stronger North Texas through life-changing services and programs for the most vulnerable North Texans. Whether through a financial investment, attending an event, volunteering your time and talent, or even shopping, you can make a transformational difference in the lives of many individuals, families, and older adults and caregivers.

  • volunteer opportunities

Volunteers contribute to life-changing experiences and real impact for those they serve at Community Council. As a volunteer, you play a key role in moving individuals and families from surviving to thriving. Below are a few ways you can help.

*Some volunteer opportunities have an age limit and/or require a Criminal Background Check.

    Individual, Group or Corporate Opportunities

Individual volunteers can work directly with clients or behind the scenes. Opportunities range from mentoring, leading health and wellness workshops, helping clients with resume writing, interview practice, and job searches to fundraising and event planning.

Volunteer activities for groups are carefully crafted to create meaningful opportunities for both clients and volunteers. We work to accommodate your group size, availability, and interests.
